Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking with Hotel North Star Dum Dum. By using our website and services, you agree to the terms listed below.

1. Reservation and Booking

• A booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment is received.

• Prices listed are per night and subject to applicable taxes.

• Guests must provide a valid ID at check-in (Pan Card not accepted). Local ID holders are not permitted.

2. Cancellation and Refund

• Cancellations made 48 hours prior to check-in will receive a full refund.

• No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

3. Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in time: 12:00 PM

• Check-out time: 11:00 AM

• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur charges.

4. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other guests.

• Illegal activities, loud disturbances, and property damage will result in immediate removal and legal action.

• Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking areas.

5. Property Damage & Loss

• Guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage caused to hotel property.

• Hotel North Star is not liable for the loss of personal belongings left unattended in rooms or public areas.

6. Facilities & Services

• Amenities like Wi-Fi, AC, and TV are subject to availability.

• Conference room bookings require prior reservation and may involve additional charges.

• Restaurant and bar timings are as per hotel policy and may vary.

7. Liability Disclaimer

• The hotel is not responsible for natural calamities, pandemics, or government-imposed restrictions that may affect your stay.

• We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings at our discretion in case of system errors or unforeseen issues.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with an effective date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of Kolkata courts.
