Cancellation Policies

All bookings have to paid in full in order to obtain a booking confirmation. In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your confirmed booking, please note our cancellation policies below:

75% refund if cancelled prior to and up to 30 days of checkin date.

50% refund if cancelled prior to and up to 15 days of checkin date.

25% refund if cancelled prior to and up to 10 days of checkin date.

No refund on any bookings which are made at a discounted rate(if any).

No refund on any bookings which include a public holiday or during festive seasons.

No refund on Conference Hall bookings.

Terms and Conditions

The Terms & Conditions you have accepted while making the booking are listed as below:

LOCAL ID CARD / GUESTS NOT ACCEPTED.

Check in 1 PM, Check Out 11 AM. Restaurant timings 8 AM to 11 PM.

All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Smoking zones are defined.

Outside food is not allowed, we have in-house restaurants.

Hotel reserves the right to change/modify these Terms & Conditions at any time and without any notice.
