Proof of identity: ID proof for all guests is mandatorily required at the time of Check in. Pan Cards are not accepted. Local guests and local IDs are not accepted. The management reserves the right to refuse any visitor from entering Guest rooms without any reason.
All bookings have to paid in full in order to obtain a booking confirmation. In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel your confirmed booking, please note our cancellation policies below:
- 75% refund if cancelled prior to and up to 30 days of checkin date.
- 50% refund if cancelled prior to and up to 15 days of checkin date.
- 25% refund if cancelled prior to and up to 10 days of checkin date.
- No refund on any bookings which are made at a discounted rate (if any).
- No refund on any bookings which include a public holiday.
We allow shifting of your booking to a different date if you have done the booking through our website or through any approved offline travel agent. Please call us or email us at northstarhotel@gmail.com in case you want to shift your bookings. We will try to shift your bookings to a different date, subject to availability in the same room category or you may choose to keep it open. Please limit such change request to once only per booking.
Note that bookings once shifted to a confirmed date, cannot be cancelled or shifted any further. You will be required to pay any applicable tariff differences and tax differences whenever booking dates are changed.
We are unable to change booking dates for bookings made through other online channel partners and cancellation policies for the said Channel Partner will prevail in such cases.
